The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all components and parts meet the required standards throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both new development and ongoing maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Author and maintain the Engineering Bill of Materials (BoM), Bill of Design, and Parts Management Control Plan. Manage progressive release levels of components on the BoM and oversee the generation and control of the Manufacturing BoM for all prototype phases. Author and manage hardware configuration logbooks for prototype deliveries. Process and respond to support queries related to components and parts. Manage, maintain, and update component data, including lifecycle status, export control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., REACH/RoHS). Provide technical advice and support for electronic, electrical, mechanical, and material commodities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience working with electronic and mechanical components and parts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail with a high concern for order and quality. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Self-starter with the ability to identify priorities and coordinate tasks. Good interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience Required An engineering degree or relevant technical background. Knowledge of Mil Hdbk 338 or equivalent standards. Familiarity with Mil Hdbk 217. Solid understanding of Configuration Management principles.
