Technical Sales Manager – Process Cooling
Location: Midlands to North England (Field-Based)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Company Car + Performance Bonus

We’re hiring a Technical Sales Manager to cover the Midlands to North of England, focusing on tailored Process Cooling solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing business where your technical expertise and commercial approach will make a direct impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and develop customer relationships across the territory
* Provide technical advice and propose solutions for process cooling systems
* Prepare and present capital equipment quotations
* Support clients with system selection and integration
* Maintain a strong pipeline and meet agreed sales targets
* Work cross-functionally with technical and operations teams
* Attend industry events and promote the business and its capabilities
We’re Looking For:
* Experience in capital equipment sales (essential)
* Strong technical understanding, ideally from an engineering background
* Knowledge or experience in process cooling is a distinct advantage
* Confident communicator, able to engage technical and non-technical clients
* Self-motivated and able to manage a regional field-based role
* Commercially aware and target-driven
