Your Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert clients rely on to guide them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You will:
* Conduct detailed financial assessments to recommend the best mortgage products.
* Provide tailored advice on mortgage options, insurance products, and protection services.
* Support clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
* Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional service and ongoing support.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining full compliance with industry standards.
* Experienced over a wide range of Property Finance solutions FTB to Portfolio and Commercial.
What We’re Looking For
* CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and the UK property market.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organizational skills.
Location
This is anin-person rolebased in Knightsbridge, offering a vibrant and professional office environment where collaboration thrives.
