The Role
You'll work across a broad range of real estate matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests
* Acting for landlords and tenants on leasing, renewals, and asset management
* Supporting development and regeneration projects across the region
* Advising on property finance and corporate support transactions
* Managing your own caseload with support from experienced partners and senior associates
* Building strong, lasting client relationships and contributing to the team's continued success
About You
* 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property / real estate
* Confident managing a range of transactions from start to finish
* Strong technical, drafting, and client-handling skills
* Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, modern working environment
