Job Description:
* Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying disciplines within each account; use these relationships to retain business and grow business.
* Identify and create new opportunity.
* Deliver product through web portals wherever possible.
* Maintain record of all business discussion using diary system and HubSpot.
* Maintain accurate records of account activity.
* Align internal resources and set clear project related objectives.
* Submission of monthly reports including business forecasting including trials, projects, and customer zone portal activity.
* Constantly develop sales skill set.
* Adherence to the business wishes of the Sales Manager and other members of the leadership team.
* Ensure all agreed service levels are attained.
* Deliver an unfaltering value-added proposition to each account.
* Work with and regularly communicate with internal stakeholders.
* Work to retain existing revenues and where possible identify new opportunities
