The job itself
Midday Supervisors, Part Time, Term Time Only, Required September 2025 : £23,656 pa pro rata (£12.26 per hour) Hours can either be: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and Friday 11.55am-1.15pm (4 days per week) or Monday to Friday 11.55am-1.15pm (5 days per week).
We currently have 2 vacancies for a Midday Supervisor at Swanland Primary School (part of Edukos Trust) these roles can either be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday (4 days a week), term-time only or Monday to Friday (5 days a week), term-time only.
The role involves supervising the children at lunchtimes, both on the playground and in the classrooms if it is raining, making sure the children are playing safely and monitoring lunchtimes in the dinner hall, including some basic cleaning/wiping of tables.
Some experience of working with children would be desirable but not essential. Uniform and basic health and safety training will be provided.
