About The Role
Working as Senior Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. You will ideally have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you. This role offers on‑the‑job training and opportunities for progression within the HDV kitchen.

Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen delivers brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner.
* Develop and guide the kitchen team beneath you, leveraging prior experience at this level.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling new produce and adapting as required.
* Participate in training and skill development initiatives to progress within the kitchen team.

Qualifications
* Experience at Senior Sous Chef level or equivalent
