Overview
Nursery Manager role at Fennies Nurseries, located in Wallington. Salary up to £58,000, with potential bonuses up to £6,000. Hours: 41.25 per week. Reports to: Regional manager.

What You Bring
* Excellent knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters, typical child development stages, and EYFS.
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Minimum grade 4/grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
* Capability to implement, audit, and maintain key person, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality systems.
* Experience in safely administering medication, First Aid, and critical care policies.
* Preparations and responsibilities before Ofsted visits.
* Ability to derive solutions for resolving issues and complaints per Fennies policies and procedures.
* Ability to achieve KPIs in line with Fennies mission statement.
