We are seeking an experienced Market Access professional to lead UK HTA submissions, with a focus on NICE processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead development of UK HTA submissions, ensuring alignment with agency requirements and client goals.
* Provide strategic input on reimbursement, pricing, and evidence generation.
* Manage client relationships and expectations across complex projects.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, defining roles and aligning on client objectives.
* Contribute to business development, including proposal writing and client engagement.
* Stay informed on the UK HTA and NHS landscape, sharing insights proactively.
Essential Requirements
* Proven leadership across the full NICE submission process (minimum 5 submissions).
* Strong understanding of NICE timelines and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into actionable payer insights.
* Strategic advisor on HTA, pricing, and market access.
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset with a drive to grow within a fast-paced consultancy.
Desirable
* Experience with EU HTA processes and NHS funding flows.
* Skilled in negotiation, risk mitigation, and problem-solving.
* Understanding of commercial agreement implementation within the NHS.
