Commercial Property Solicitor (Full-Time / Flexible Hours Available) – Sutton Coldfield
A well-established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, known for its approachable, client-focused service is now seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Commercial property sales and acquisitions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting property development projects
* Acting in transactions involving pension property investments
* Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements
* Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 3+
* Proven experience in commercial property law
* Strong knowledge of leases, licences and development work
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
