Honeycomb are currently recruiting a BAND 3 TEAM SECRETARY on behalf of our client, a local Health Trust. This is a full time, temporary role (37.5 hours per week), based in Ballymoney.
The Role
As Band 3 Team Secretary, you will be providing a full range of Administrative and Secretarial duties to support the wider clinical teams. Typical duties include:
1. Providing Secretarial services to the team - organising meetings, scheduling appointments, minutes of meetings, audio typing etc.
2. Opening and distributing mail
3. Dealing with queries, via mail, email and telephone
4. Other administrative and secretarial tasks as required.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 GCSE's (or equivalent level qualifications) at Grade C+ including English plus 1 year's administrative experience. Previous minute taking experience is desireable.
The Package
5. Pay Rate £12.31 ph
6. Full time hours - 37.5 per week
