The Payroll Analyst Team Leader is an integral element of the operational functionality,leading the team, prioritising workload, decision making, knowing when to escalate and inform non-compliance, mitigate risk. How you create impact Assist and action the management of the Manual Time and Attendance weekly submissions covering the review of site submissions and transfer into the central reporting format. Action individual Management T&As (weekly basis) Mark Anderson, John Gallagher etc. Manage Accounts Payables staff Line Manager to the Accounts Payables Staff, support and advise in their daily tasks. Assign resource to the daily workload and priorities. Assist in ad hoc queries that may arise from the central team, managers or suppliers. Assist with the processing of Purchase Orders through the LCST payables team on a weekly basis. Provide leading role for the transfer of SMART to the replacement time and attendance system Pro WFM Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas. Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/ WIs. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace. Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy to deliver MI/KPI objectives. Follow the escalation process where there is any deviation from the standard process. Ensure adherence to all Quality and Health and Safety policies within the operating environment.
