We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Area Manager to join our team and play a key role in the operational and financial delivery of our Food Service business across the London & South Region. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this field-based role is pivotal in supporting business growth, retention, and service excellence.
You’ll be hands-on in bridging management and culinary resourcing gaps, assisting with new business mobilisations, supporting retention strategies, and contributing to sales efforts. A strong background in food service is essential, along with a passion for delivering our Workplace vision across diverse client sites.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support accounts/contracts in their operational and financial delivery.
2. Provide coaching for front line teams, to support service delivery through strong implementation of company initiatives, food concepts and retail and marketing standards.
3. Lead by example, promoting company ethos and values within the organization.
4. Promote a high standard of food, service and hygiene in line with company standards and client objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
6. Operate all administrative systems, policies and procedures effectively.
7. Plan high impact visits, leaving a positive impact on both client and colleagues.
8. Support location coverage and drive a self-sufficiency culture among Unit Managers.
9. Attend progress meetings with the Regional Operations Director and other required meetings.
10. Complete company audits in line with internal processes.
11. Respond quickly and effectively to operational needs.
12. Ensure compliance with client and organizational policies for health, safety, and welfare.
