We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bristol. What your day might look like Providing 1:1 support and leading small group activities Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons Monitoring and reporting pupil progress Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment What we're looking for Previous experience working as an LSA or Teaching assistant A genuine passion for supporting children, ensuring they feel included and valued Ability to build trust quickly with pupils and staff A patient, positive and proactive approach Strong communication skills Why Protocol Education?
