Responsibilities
* Develop and manage current production processes to improve Quality, Cost, and Time while supporting planning and the introduction of new products and processes.
* Good CAD knowledge in creating 2D and 3D manufacturing data sets (modeling, detail drawings, Bill of Materials).
* Liaise with in-house production to understand end requirements and function.
* Create Tooling specifications and requirements documents.
* Support design and manufacture supply chain; attend design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and tooling trials where applicable.
Qualifications
* Engineering Degree or equivalent with proven practical engineering and manufacturing knowledge and experience.
* Candidates without accredited qualifications considered depending on experience.

* CAD proficient
* Proactive team player focused on delivery and quality; able to work autonomously
* Ability to liaise at all levels of business management
* Excellent communication skills and decisive
