Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in winning new business and generating leads? At RED, we’re looking for a confident communicator who thrives on prospecting, lead generation, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and generating high-quality leads, securing new customer opportunities, and supporting our Field Sales Team and Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of new business sales, with a focus on converting prospects into long-term, valued customers while delivering excellent service at every stage of the process.


What you’ll be doing

* Prospecting for new customers in line with agreed targets and KPIs.
* Generating new business leads through outbound calling, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other proactive channels.
* Following up on quotations and closing sales where appropriate.
* Supporting BDMs with new opportunities, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and booking work with sites.
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new customers to drive continued engagement and growth.
* Logging all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and visibility.
* Collaborating across departments to guarantee a seamless service for new clients.
