We are currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our passionate teams.

Are you energetic, motivated, and caring? Do you have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude? We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant at our home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing care and support to residents in our home
* Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
* Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being
* Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation
* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
