These technologies are used by customers to improve operational efficiencies, enhance product quality, protect plant assets, minimize environmental impact, and create cleaner and safer environments. Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Talent for the EurAsia region (EMEA APAC), responsible for elevating the quality, depth, and readiness of leadership talent at every level. This role blends strategic talent leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen our succession pipeline, embed world-class talent tools in the Region and drive measurable improvements in organizational capability across a diverse and complex region. The role operates at the intersection of global consistency and regional evolution: implementing and reinforcing global talent frameworks and methodologies while thoughtfully adapting and enriching them with region-specific insights and innovations. Reporting solid-line to the Global Talent Sr Director, and dotted-line to the VP HR EurAsia, this individual will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to implement best-in-class talent practices, ensure program adoption, and accelerate leadership effectiveness with visible impact in our businesses. Talent Assessment Excellence - Lead and deliver leadership and team assessments across EMEA APAC (360s, executive assessments, psychometrics). - Translate assessment outcomes into high-impact, actionable development plans. - Build capability in HRBPs and leaders to interpret and apply assessment insights effectively. 2. Succession Planning & Pipeline Strengthening - Own and drive succession planning and talent reviews across the entire EurAsia region. - Identify leadership gaps and create targeted, region-specific action plans. - Elevate the consistency, quality, and impact of succession discussions. 3. Regional Talent Strategy & Execution - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders across EMEA APAC to implement global talent programs. - Ensure talent management practices are embedded, adopted, and driving measurable impact. - Bring best-in-class talent practices to elevate leadership standards. - Bridge global methodology and translate strategies into regional roadmaps, adding targeted enhancements that complement global frameworks. 4. Talent Health Score & Insights - Develop and own a regional Talent Health Score. - Provide data-driven insights that shape regional and market-level talent decisions. - Deliver quarterly insights directly to regional HR and business leadership. 5. Leadership Development & Action Planning - Translate assessment and succession insights into practical development actions. - Coach HRBPs on leadership development priorities. - Support deployment and adoption of leadership development programs. 6. HRBP & Leader Enablement - Create tools, guides, frameworks, and playbooks supporting talent execution. - Enable HRBPs through coaching and capability building. - Ensure consistency and rigor across all markets. 7. External Talent Intelligence - Provide insights on competitor talent movements, skill trends, and market dynamics. - Integrate external intelligence into internal development strategies. 8. Influence & Thought Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across diverse markets. - Influence without authority and elevate leadership standards. - Bring bold, evidence-backed perspectives to talent discussions. 9. Regional Program Delivery & Impact Tracking - Track adoption, quality, and impact of all talent programs. - Measure outcomes through KPIs. - Continuously improve program effectiveness using data and feedback. Success Indicators (12–18 Months) - Improved successor pipelines with ready-now and ready-later talent available. - Clear and actionable development plans aligned to assessment insights in place for selected Talent. - Increased leader and HRBP capability in talent assessment and development. - A robust and widely used regional Talent Health Score available and used. - Increased talent quality and leadership effectiveness across the region in place. - Talent attraction & development seen as a key driver of business performance in the Region by stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. 7–10 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development, ideally gained in a blue chip environment in industries such as FMCG, IT or Pharmaceuticals. Proven ability to coach, enable, and influence HRBPs and business leaders in a complex, matrixed organization across the globe. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and follow through on multiple talent initiatives. Experience analyzing and interpreting leadership and talent assessment insights to guide development and organizational effectiveness. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Comfortable being hands-on when required to ensure program delivery and impact. Previous experience as an HRBP is a plus. We need a driver of results who has a high sense of ownership and high energy who can overcome obstacles while dealing with ambiguity.
