About The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate and deliver lighting requirements for our clients’ projects, working closely with Sales and Design teams. You will handle single-site projects and multi-site rollouts across the UK & EMEA, taking concepts from quotation to delivery.
You will act as a liaison between clients and our internal team, supporting sales and project administration activities, including:
* Supervising the Projects Team to ensure processes are followed, deadlines met, and clients served effectively
* Handling escalations of customer complaints and project allocations to junior team members
* Managing larger projects and clients from sales & design handover
* Supporting the sales team with client interactions, quotations, stock info, etc.
* Managing opportunity flow through design, quotation, and delivery phases, ensuring timely document submission
* Managing stock levels and procurement to meet project deadlines
* Handling freight forwarding and customs documentation for inbound and outbound goods cost-effectively
* Maintaining up-to-date client records in Netsuite
* Attending client meetings online and occasionally on-site
About You
You have substantial experience in sales administration and project coordination, with proven leadership skills. You possess excellent time management, initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Industry experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of goods movement within the UK and internationally, is essential. Familiarity with Lighting Technology, NetSuite (ERP), and understanding of commercial, customs, banking documentation, and procedures is advantageous. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
