Job Duties
Organizational Objective: To provide services which ensure a fair, equitable and quality working and learning environment for all employees and members of the university community; to proactively and creatively provide all customers with superior, innovation, and cost-effective programs and services; to continuously seek and supply all customers with the opportunities and resources needed to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities so they may better support the mission of the university.
. Purpose of Position: To establish and manage a portfolio of non-degree education and training programs, including
community and professional education and pathways programs for NSU and the Joint School of Public Health at ODU
and NSU.

Minimum Qualifications
10. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
11. Strong skills in leadership, team building, and collaboration
12. Superior analytical and reporting skills
13. Initiate and execute plans in a high-paced environment
14. Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant best practices
15. Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute strategic plans
16. Ability to manage and build human and financial resources
17. Mastery of program / project management tools and techniques
18. A master’s degree in education, business, healthcare administration or related field
19. At least five (5) years of related experience
20. At least three (3) years of project management experience
21. Demonstrated success building workforce development or training programs
Additional Considerations
22. A degree in public health or related field
23. Experience in higher education
24. Experience with instructional design
25. Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms
