An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a visionary, ambitious, and creative individual skilled in school leadership who wants to play a pivotal role in a leadership structure that aspires to be the very best. Wingfield Academy is looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to work alongside a highly committed and hardworking senior leadership team to continue the school’s journey of sustained improvement towards outstanding. The post would suit an energetic and enthusiastic leader with a strong track record of raising achievement and would like the opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
This is a key position within the school and will suit a professional with a deep knowledge of effective classroom practice, coupled with a clear vision and a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example, and possess significant leadership experience within a secondary school. We welcome applications from candidates interested in any or all areas of school improvement. The portfolio of this role will be discussed at interview and aligned to the successful candidate’s interests, expertise, and identified school improvement areas.
