We are recruiting for an Investor Relations and Ratings Agencies Manager to develop and support all Group investor relations activity (covering Coventry Building Society and the Co-operative Bank material entities) including materials production and presentation to investors on a non-deal and deal specific basis.

Supporting the Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations and working closely with the Senior Investor Relations Manager the role holder will strive to continuously improve the Groups external ratings and manage, strengthen existing and create new investor relationships in relation to the Groups issuance of debt instruments. They will proactively communicate complex matters and respond promptly and accurately to all 3 rd party investor and rating agency enquiries alongside senior internal stakeholders.
The role holder will develop and support the investor relations programme for the Group by cultivating strong relations with existing and new capital market investors in the UK, and Europe specifically.

About you
To be successful in this role it's essential that you will have: In depth knowledge of financial institutions and markets
Knowledge of investor relations practices in financial services
Proven ability to engage and interact with sophisticated third parties and senior management
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and appropriately manage risks associated with investor relations and rating agency activities
Desirable experience will be: Investor relations and rating agency experience
Experience within debt capital markets
