Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable and proactive self employed administrator to support our team on a part time basis. This is a flexible role, ideally suited to someone highly organised with strong attention to detail and will be office based. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clerical skills and a strong proficiency in office management software, including Microsoft office. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all records are up to date.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
* Support financial operations by managing invoices and assisting with bookkeeping tasks using our own accounts preferred but not essential.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently; familiarity with data entry processes is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
