On Target Supply is a teacher-led education supply agency working with schools across South Wales. Built by teachers, for teachers, we are committed to supporting education professionals while providing high-quality staff to schools.

We are currently recruiting:
4. Supply Teachers (Primary & Secondary)
5. Cover Supervisors
6. Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
7. Learning Support Officers (LSOs)
8. School Administrative Staff
Assignments may be short-term, long-term or day-to-day, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
We are looking for individuals who:
9. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Can adapt quickly to different school environments
11. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and flexibility
12. Have good behaviour management skills (where applicable)
13. Are committed to supporting pupils and maintaining high standards
14. Work effectively as part of a team
15. Have good organisational skills (for admin roles)
