The role involves planning and delivering teaching across Levels 1 to 3, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement. The successful candidate will also actively support enrichment activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives within the college. Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject specialism (essential), with recent industry experience, and ideally possess a PGCE/Cert Ed or be willing to achieve this within a set timeframe. Additional desirable attributes include A1/V1 or equivalent qualifications, experience in teaching or training across varied settings, and confidence in using a range of ILT tools to enhance learning Why Join Carlisle College?
