Assistant Store Manager –
Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily operations. This role focuses on delivering elevated customer experiences, driving sales through product knowledge and consultation, and developing a passionate, service-driven team. The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in maintaining brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
* Support day-to-day store operations, including audit driven policies & procedures
* Ensure store meets brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising
* Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention practices
Customer Experience
* Deliver personalized, consultative service focused on body care, skincare and fragrance.
* Educate the team & customers on product benefits, ingredients, routines, and usage
* Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Sales & Brand Performance
* Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling
* Support execution of promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
* Monitor daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve targets
Team Leadership & Development
* Coach, train, and inspire associates on customer engagement and product knowledge
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and on the floor performance feedback
* Lead the sales floor and act as Manager on Duty when required in the absence of SM
Inventory & Operations
* Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrink control
* Assist with cycle counts, deliveries, and stockroom organization
* Handle cash operations, POS systems, and daily reporting

Qualifications & Skills
* 1–3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in beauty, body care, skincare, or wellness as well
As experience in eventing
* Strong passion for beauty, self-care, and customer education
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer relationships
* Comfortable with product demonstrations and ingredient discussions
* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
