General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Manchester
Alongside our tech-led restaurants, we also operate five
inamo sukoshi (meaning “little inamo”) locations in Central London, Manchester,
and Sheffield.
Inamo sukoshi brings knockout sushi and fusion street food,
inspired by flavours across Asia, to food hall-style venues. Guests can enjoy
some of our award-winning dishes from the main restaurants — including our
signature Dragon Rolls, Korean BBQ Ribs, and new Chicken Katsu Curry — all
served with the speed and flair of a QSR concept.
We’re now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and
operate our exciting new opening in Manchester. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with proven QSR leadership skills to take ownership of
a high-energy, high-volume site and make their mark in a growing brand.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations
of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate your team
to deliver excellent customer service and food quality.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and
GP targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food
safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
• Drive sales performance through
upselling, marketing initiatives, and outstanding guest experience.
• Deliver financial targets,
including budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost control.
• Report regularly to the Food Hall
management and company leadership team.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a General
Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people
management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commercial acumen with experience
in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety,
health & safety, and compliance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in
a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organisational and
communication skills.
