Solicitor | CILEX Lawyer - Property Litigation (Landlord & Tenant)
Remote (UK based) | Legal for Lettings | No billable hours targets
We’re looking for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (Civil Litigation practice rights) to take on a supervisory property litigation role in our Legal for Lettings team.
What you will be doing:
* Oversee a varied property litigation caseload (standard possessions through to complex trials)
* Direct and supervise paralegals, signing off work before court issue
* Focus on quality, strategy and risk - not billable hours or line management
* Work mainly on residential repossessions, plus wider property disputes via our hybrid in-house/private practice model
* Educate the business and clients on changes like the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, with chances to deliver webinars and articles
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Are a practicing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Civil Litigation rights
* Have strong Landlord & Tenant litigation experience (desirable)
* Enjoy supervising, mentoring and setting litigation strategy
* Want UK-wide flexibility with only ad hoc travel to Lincoln/Chester
