Handling your own caseload of Probate files.
Ensuring all members of the team are providing an excellent service to all clients.
Driving individual and business targets across the team.
Managing capacity levels across the team.
Ensuring all reporting is maintained and up to date.
Identifying training needs within the team.
About you:
A comprehensive understanding and ability within Wills & Probate.
Driven to achieve all business deadlines and targets.
Ability to develop the team, providing feedback and allowing them to meet their full potential.
Able to problem solve and identify the root cause of issues.
