Requirements
* Property admin experience (licences, leases, landlord/tenant management)
* PA/EA skills (diary management, stakeholder coordination, report prep)
* Proactive fixer comfortable chasing councils/pub managers/landlords
* Strong MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word fluency essential)
* Organised multitasker who prioritises effectively
* Personable team player for small specialist team
Key Responsibilities
* Lease admin: Interpret legal docs, maintain property records/trackers
* PA support: Property Director diary/stakeholder management + Chairman's PA cover
* Landlord/tenant issues: Repairs, queries, day-to-day operational fixes
* Acquisitions/disposals: Lead internal comms, onboarding coordination
* Staff accommodation: Source rural rentals, manage tenancies/utilities/deposits
* Operational: Purchase orders, utility providers, property team reports
