Job Title: Associate Director, Strategic Account and Patient Marketing

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Associate Director, Strategic Account and Patient Marketing to support the development and execution of the brand strategy for Cablivi, with full responsibility for both HCP/Account and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing. Cablivi is the first and only approved treatment for TTP, an acute and life-threatening blood disorder, and it is changing the landscape of aTTP treatment. Launched in 2019, it has amassed €500M in cumulative sales while being nimble and innovative with a full health system focused go-to-market model. This is an exciting time to join this franchise as it prepares to drive ‘Phase 3’ of its growth cycle.
This role will work closely the marketing team, multiple cross-functional teams such as but not limited to, the HCP, patient, field, and medical teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic team environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving skills. As part of the Marketing team, this person will collaborate with Associate Director, Digital Marketing – Cablivi in the strategy definition and implementation. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and will report into the Director of Marketing, US Brand Lead and will lead a talent-dense team of marketers.

Responsibilities:
1. Familiarity with brand strengths, opportunities, competitive challenges, and key attributes of the brand lifecycle to support the execution of Account and Patient engagement activities to drive desired behavior change
2. Lead the planning and execution of HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), Accounts and DTC marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs
3. Develop and manage promotional materials, campaigns, and content tailored to healthcare professionals, account stakeholders, and patients
4. Possess an understanding of the multiple channels to reach consumers including how channels can be effectively integrated to deliver cross-channel customer journeys.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, legal, regulatory, sales, and digital to ensure compliant and effective execution
6. Support the development of the annual brand plan, including positioning, messaging, and tactical planning.
7. Coordinate market research and insight gathering to inform strategy and optimize engagement across channels
8. Develop and ensure execution of the Congress and Engagement strategy
9. Monitor brand performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks
10. Manage agency partners and internal resources to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget campaigns
11. Support field force initiatives, speaker programs, and congress planning as needed
12. Explore and implement Generative AI tools for content creation and personalization at scale
About You
13. Works well in a highly matrixed environment to successfully partner with cross-functional teams, and agency partners.
14. Self-starter, proactive in nature with strong communication and presentation skills
15. 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product management
16. Strong Brand marketing skills and Strategic account planning and execution
17. Proven experience in both HCP and DTC marketing within a regulated industry
18. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
19. Ability to synthesize insights and data to inform strategic decisions
20. Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, KPIs, ROI analysis, and budget optimization
21. Familiarity with platforms such as Office, Veeva PromoMats, IQVIA, Adobe, or Salesforce.
22. Exposure to digital marketing or omnichannel campaigns is a plus.
23. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $212,333.33
