We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy South East Recovery Service in Edinburgh. Our Receptionists play an integral role in supporting the team by providing administrative and clerical support, enabling them to focus on delivering services and ensuring service users receive the help they need to achieve their goals.
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: £25,077.00 (Pro Rata for part-time)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide reception and administrative services, supporting team aims and objectives.
2. Support the Team Leader, attend meetings, take minutes, and produce reports.
3. Deal with initial queries, welcome service users and professionals, signpost within the service and community.
4. Maintain a clean office environment and ensure excellent telephone manners.
5. Input data accurately into our database and DaiSy, and generate reports on service activity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, good IT and literacy skills, and the ability to manage databases and spreadsheets accurately. Good interpersonal skills and team working are essential.
