Salary: £50,404 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Competitive benefits overtime rates Your Role and Responsibilities As a nurturing guide for our dedicated care home team, you'll work hand-in-hand with the care home manager. Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care. Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements. Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems. Fulfilling the duties of a ‘Responsible Person’/’Registered Individual’ as directed by your line manager. Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they're away. Providing clinical oversight at care home level. Pitching in with on-call duties, because we're all in this together. What we are looking for Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required, alongside a nursing qualification with valid NMC registration. Care Home experience. Motivational leader – fostering a nurturing environment for key team members to encourage a culture of growth and advancement. Team player providing clear direction. Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation. Positive role model who inspires others. IT literate and confident using Microsoft packages.
