As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and on time. Partner closely with hiring managers to take role briefings, write engaging adverts, source candidates and manage the ATS. Advertise vacancies internally and externally across appropriate job boards and platforms in line with company policy. Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews and assessment centres, providing constructive feedback to candidates. Support offer management and onboarding, working alongside HR to ensure a smooth new-starter experience. Build and maintain talent pools and third-party relationships (agencies, job centres, suppliers) to strengthen candidate pipelines. Produce KPI/MI reports and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and service delivery. Required experience in an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
