A bit about the job
You’ll join our Executive Reward team, supporting senior colleagues up to Group Executive Committee level. Your role will focus on three key areas:
* Managing complex casework – including package calculations, benchmarking, and buyouts/guarantees.
* Leading preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee – drafting papers, preparing updates, and coordinating meetings.
* Delivering Reward projects – from annual reviews to reporting and analysis.
This is a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and make an impact on how we shape executive pay at Aviva.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
* Previous experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, with an interest in Executive Reward.
* Exposure to large corporate or financial services environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging up to ExCo level.
* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Excel.

* Salary: National Circa £50,000, London Circa £60,000 (depending on skills and experience)
