About the role We are currently looking for an assistant for the finance department at our head offices in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Key Responsibilities: · Processing incoming payments from various sources · Taking payments from customers over the telephone · Processing and administering monthly payments · Data entry · Scanning and filing accounts documents · Assisting in the accounts department where necessary The Ideal Candidate: · Has attention to detail · Can work accurately · Has good telephone manners and can speak English perfectly · Must be a good team player, orderly and responsible. · The ideal person would have an interest in accounts (accounting), for example studying towards AAT qualification.
