Job Overview
Travel Retail L'Oréal Group Beauty Advisor. You will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness and sales, offering personalized luxury beauty consultations at Dublin Airport shops, one of L'Oréal Travel Retail flagships.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Develop and apply fundamental product knowledge and application techniques.
* Generate sales to achieve targets by applying multi-brand selling methods and following basic service flow.
* Engage in traffic stops where relevant to promote L'Oréal Group beauty to travelers.
* Use POS software and other digital systems required to run the counter.
* Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising, ensuring appearance, cleanliness, and shelf availability.
* Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
* Act as a brand ambassador with a professional attitude, eventing, and on‑brand grooming.
* Convey passion and master storytelling.
* Connect with clients, offering solutions and after‑sales service.
