Permanent Customer Service Representative (mobile)

About the Company
A super successful food services company with a track record of success. They operate across the UK and are known for their quirky, modern take on snacks and their standards of service. Their mission is simple: keep people happy, hydrated, and fuelled throughout their day! Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Customer Service representative to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing
Working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, starting and ending at your home (no need to head to the office first!)
Visiting customer sites to clean, refill, and maintain coffee and vending machines
Making sure everything looks great, works perfectly, and is stocked with fresh products
Handling minor repairs and reporting any bigger issues
Using an easy system to log your tasks and keep things running smoothly
Collecting and recording cash from machines accurately
Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
What You Will Need to Succeed
A full, clean UK manual driving licence (you'll be driving a company van)
Being comfortable working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
Ability to pass a DBS check (we'll help with this)
A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
