We aim to captivate and educate visitors through our full-sensory interactive tour and tasting experiences. Our people act as true ambassadors for this inspiring brand, making history every day.
About the Distillery:
Dalwhinnie distillery is located in the Cairngorm National Park, at the heart of the Scottish Highlands in the village of Dalwhinnie. From this remote yet accessible location, we produce the gentle spirit known as Dalwhinnie whisky.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team dedicated to creating remarkable and unforgettable experiences across our venues in Scotland. Our Malt Brand Homes offer visitors an immersive, multi-sensory journey through Scotland’s flavors, sharing our love for Scotch whisky with a new generation of whisky enthusiasts. Visitors will experience whisky-making and have the opportunity to purchase from our retail offerings. We want guests to embrace every moment and share our passion for our heritage.

Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high standards of customer service and create memorable visitor experiences as part of the visitor centre team.
* Guide visitors around the distillery, representing the brand and Diageo, using full training provided.
* Assist with ticket sales, promote our brand, and provide information about our visitor experiences.
* Perform shop duties, upsell products, and merchandise retail items.
* Support the planning and execution of special events throughout the year.
Ideal Candidate:
We seek individuals with character: driven, resilient, and open-minded. A passion for customer service and teamwork is essential. Experience in the drinks industry or hospitality is preferred.
