A leading UK manufacturer and supplier of premium kitchen and interior solutions is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Sales Director to lead its national sales function.
The Opportunity:
As Sales Director, you will have full ownership of the UK sales strategy, driving growth, overseeing national key accounts, and leading a team of experienced regional and national account managers.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building long-term client relationships, expanding market share, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic national sales plan aligned with wider business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple customer channels.
* Maintain and grow relationships with major national housebuilders, developers, and social housing providers.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Monitor performance metrics, produce accurate forecasts, and report directly to the board.
