Property Litigation Solicitor - Bristol
We are excited to be working with this Top 50 firm who are looking to hire a property litigation solicitor. This top tier property litigation team can offer someone the chance of their career to get involved in some high profile and high value property litigation matters. We are looking for a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in property litigation. You'll be based in the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
Role:
Handling a caseload of property litigation matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, property management issues, and real estate disputes.
Working with a team who get involved in an extremely high quality of work with impressive household name clients.
Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
Assisting with business development activities and contributing to the growth of the department.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor- ideally you will have 1 year PQE but we are able to consider strong NQ solicitors.
Solid experience in property litigation gained within a reputable law firm.
Excellent academics.
A team player with a commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
