Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced, visionary Head of Product to lead the strategy, development and continuous optimisation of our client's digital customer journey. This is a pivotal leadership role, accountable for ensuring every interaction with our platform is seamless, engaging and commercially effective. You’ll take ownership of product, design, testing and optimisation functions, driving innovation and delivering meaningful improvements that shape how customers shop and interact with our online services. In this role, you’ll define and execute a cohesive product proposition strategy, ensuring alignment across product streams and closely collaborating with technical, UX and commercial teams. You’ll lead the development of new features, enhancements and personalisation initiatives underpinned by data-led insight and customer behaviour analysis. With a sharp eye on market trends, emerging technologies and customer expectations, you’ll champion innovation and play a central role in shaping the future of our ecommerce proposition.
