About the role

As Manager of Customer Onboarding, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new and existing business and residential clients, turning sales into revenue through high-quality, standardised implementations.

You’ll set the strategic direction for our onboarding function, define and document technical processes, build performance dashboards, and drive continuous improvement programmes based on data and customer feedback.

Working closely with Sales, Service, Product and third-party partners, you’ll ensure every onboarding is delivered on time, to spec, and with the exceptional service Now is known for.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in the majority of the following:

5+ years’ leadership in operational delivery or customer support, preferably in telco or another service-led industry

Proven track record managing technical onboarding or support outcomes in a B2B context

Skilled people leader with experience managing teams, driving engagement, capability development and high performance

Customer-focused communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively and professionally

Data-driven mindset, adept at defining metrics, building dashboards and using insights to optimise processes

Critical thinker and problem solver, able to challenge conventional approaches and deliver solutions under pressure

Results oriented and commercially astute, with a high level of accuracy and a bias for ownership
