Community Engagement Coordinator (Part Time) — Cambridge Service Alliance
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator who is passionate about bringing communities and researchers together. This role focuses on creating spaces for collaboration, embedding equity, diversity and inclusion in all activities, and delivering knowledge exchange with real-world impact.
Based within the Engagement Knowledge Exchange and Impact team at the University, the role collaborates with researchers and community partners to ensure engagement is rooted in sharing knowledge, sparking dialogue, and building meaningful connections beyond academia. It involves working on collaborative projects, inclusive events and partnerships that make research accessible and relevant to diverse communities.
This role is open to external candidates and internal candidates on secondment. Working pattern: part-time (60% FTE). The team operates in a hybrid model with office days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; some weekend and evening work will be required for community events and during the Cambridge Festival.
