What's the Opportunity? This is a senior sales position responsible for managing probate and estate administration enquiries through a consultative sales process—from initial enquiry through to instruction and onboarding. Central to the role will be to convert leads into instructed cases Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound probate enquiries Conduct consultative client conversations to assess needs Recommend appropriate service options (grant-only or full estate administration) Provide accurate quotations and convert enquiries into instructions Oversee onboarding to Operations Maintain strong conversion performance across lead-to-quote and quote-to-sale ratios Your profile: Strong background in probate or estate administration – ESSENTIAL Confident in client-facing, consultative sales conversations Comfortable handling a mix of lead quality, from warm referrals to early-stage enquiries Commercially aware, with experience working to KPIs and conversion targets Collaborative team mindset with a focus on shared success What's on offer?
