Main Responsibilities
As a Community Nurse, you will care for patients and their families in a way that aligns with your professional judgment, delivering high service standards, sharing best practices, and actively seeking to improve our ways of working to benefit the community. You will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure positive experiences at every stage of the healthcare journey.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a NMC/1st level registered Nurse, capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and organizational skills and a flexible approach are essential to deliver positive patient experiences throughout their healthcare journey.
You will have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes.
You should also be confident using IT systems and demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
