NURSE MANAGER

£50,000 +
I am currently recruiting in a small-sized nursing facility!
This position is for a Nurse Manager, ideally someone with:
* Strong leadership skills,
* Two years of managerial experience, either as a Deputy or Nurse Manager,
* And with prior experience working with dementia care requirements.
You’ll cover the day-to-day running of the care home, along with:
* Rota management,
* Attending senior board meetings,
* Reviewing all documentation and safeguarding reports,
* Monitor stock,
* Complete audits and budget reports,
And conduct interviews for new staff if needed.
