Base pay: TMS/UPS (pay range provided by Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust)
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience teaching across the Key Stages (applications from newly qualified teachers are welcome).
* Consistently good or outstanding teacher.
* Exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and enthuse pupils.
* Committed to raising standards for all and driven to learn and improve.
* Willingness to lead initiatives and evidence of impact.
* Passion to make a difference to others.
* Proficient with use of technology for learning and a willingness to innovate.
