What you'll be responsible for:
* Leading and inspiring the brigade during service
* Supporting the Head Chef in delivering a world-class food experience
* Managing prep, service and kitchen organisation
* Maintaining consistency and high standards across all sections
* Training and mentoring junior chefs
* Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene protocols are met
* Contributing to menu development and innovation
What we're looking for:
* Strong Michelin-star kitchen experience is essential
* Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus, but not essential
* A calm, focused leader with the ability to deliver under pressure
* Someone with serious technical skill, high standards and a drive to improve daily
* Based within commuting distance to White City (near Notting Hill)
* Right to work in the UK is required – we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
