Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Pay: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour (starting $22.50, after 3‑month probation $25.00)

Job Overview
Reporting to Senior Staff, this position is responsible for leading the warehouse operations, including picking, inspecting products, managing staff, and ensuring daily quotas are met.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Supervise staff and monitor performance.
* Scan product model numbers, serial numbers, and relevant information for reporting.
* Take products out of boxes, inspect, reset, clean, and repackage before returning to original box.
* Prepare reports as needed.
* Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse.
Requirements
* Prior experience managing a warehouse with shipping, receiving, and staff responsibilities (3‑5 years required).
* Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team toward company goals.
* Basic knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet search capabilities.
* Ability to hit daily processing goals.
* Experience managing and training new staff.
* Familiarity with warehouse SOP.
* Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification (company will provide training).
Additional Information
Salary: $22.50–$25.00 per hour; Expected hours: 40 per week.
